Any Updates on Agapé Substance?
From what I read, David Toutain left the restaurant in December 2012 along with most of the kitchen staff and Gaëtan Gentil was announced as the new chef in January 2013. My husband and I are considering a meal there when we visit Paris next month, but I can't find any recent reviews. Even on Yelp (which I don't really trust anyway), the last review is dated 1/4. We're only going to have a few dinners and don't want to make any mistakes! Can anyone report back?
