I need suggestions for an 18 year old girls bday celebration in Westchester,NY or NYC.
Details: 20 girls/boys,Friday/Saturday night dinner, cool atmosphere, reasonably priced

Try Bar Taco in Port Chester. It has a cool, California surfer vibe (very Abecrombie and Fitch), high energy and great food that is fun and relatively inexpensive - platters of tacos, guacamole and chips, grilled corn, tamales, ice cream cones for dessert. They have a side room that might be good for your size group.

You have to do a BIG buy-out at Bar Taco for a party that size. Not sure your budget...
