WI - Fox Brothers Bacon Cheddar Cheese

I have praised Fox Brothers excellent sausages before and Exvaxman posted about their bacon cheddar cheese which I had never tried.

I finally had a chance to try the Fox Brothers bacon cheddar cheese. Normally when I look for cheddar I seek the most sharp that is aged the longest. In contrast, this cheddar is rather young but full of not too salty but very well smoked bacon. It is great on crackers as well as in a grilled cheese sandwich. Inexpensive as well.

Well, this is really funny.
I actually am eating some right now on townhouse crackers doused with Texas Pete hot sauce. Incredible timing!
