Is anyone serving an exceptional cheese plate in Seattle these days?

Can anyone give me a recommendation for a place serving a good cheese plate here in Seattle? I'm looking for a variety of interesting cheeses, either local or imported. If anyone's spotted an actual cheese CART in a restaurant here, I'd love to know that, too!

    Hi, Booklegger:

Chef Thierry always has nice plates at Rover's. After it closes, perhaps they will be available at Luc.

    Aloha,

Good cheese selection (and other treats, too) at ART bar in the Four Seasons. $14 all you can eat cheese bar.

Just browsed their website... is this the cheese happy hour they run from 9pm-11pm?

No. But that sounds intriguing. This is on the regular bar menu at $14 and was beautifully laid out when we arrived at 5:30 (not discounted at HH).

A plus is its a beautiful spot to take in the sunset.

I have always enjoyed the cheese plates at Le Pichet.
