If you're willing to walk to Battery Park City then you could also try North End Grill and Blue Smoke.

And don't forget La Maison du Chocolat for macarons and chocolates.

How long a walk would it be? Would love to try both but the walk and eating time definitely needs to fit into an hour. Menus both look great and the takeout option at Blue Smoke seems doable.

Battery Park City about a 10 minute walk from the 4/5 Wall Street Station. You could probably do takeout from Blue Smoke for lunch. I'm not sure if North End Grill has a takeout option but I think the restaurant has a bar for quick bites.
