Which 27 inch double oven?

Am considering Viking, Thermador and Dacor. Not sure which is the best rated. Would love a Miele but they don't have a 27 inch double. Any advice?

It depends on what you want to do. I would in fact consider purchasing separates instead of a double. In my case I am doing a bosch oven and a separate convection microwave. I am also going with a Capital Culinarian gas range with gas oven.

The major difference you will find is finish and some of them will have the option of steam. If you are a baker go with one of the steam ovens.

I have a Kenmre Elite 30" double convection that I really like. It was only 3 years old, and hardly used when I bought it off Craigslist for $100.

Have you considered Electrolux? It bakes very evenly, preheats in 7 minutes and compares very favorably with the oven in my Wolf range.

Have you seen the appliance forum on Gardenweb? It might be helpful to search those brands there.

No, I was not familiar with it. It does seem that people do like it. How is it for service and repairs?

When I first got it the enamel flakes off and they immediately replaced the oven. It has been trouble free since. That was almost 5 years ago.
