What is maximum oven temperature with out risking warping or blue surface tinge?

All Clad claims the oven temperature limit is 500 oF. In reality, it is probably much higher. All Clad won't warp at this temperature. However, the blue surface tinge is not part of this guarantee. It is normal at high temperature. If the blue/rainbow color change brothers you, then you should look elsewhere.

The blue color gives the cookware character and does not affect anything
