Baltimore Birthday Dinner for 20

I'm looking for a stellar Baltimore dinner location for a big 40th Birthday celebration. American, Italian, and Mexican foods would likely best fit the bill for a crowd mixed in age and culinary backgrounds. All suggestions are welcome!

Tio Pepe's maybe a good option

I have heard good things about Chazz (for Italian American style) near Harbor East or Fell's Point.

Chazz is like going to TGI Fridays. I went once, completely underwhelmed.

I would think if you worked with the restaurant you could probably get a room at a place like Fork & Wrench, or most of the dining room at Salt. Same goes for Jack's Bistro. I planned a surprise 30th birthday celebration at the Wine Market with a prix fixe 4 course menu that I chose in advance for a very reasonable amount of money.

Tio Pepe is a good suggestion in my opinion despite the food not being very remarkable these days - a very fun place to celebrate a big event and they have semi private rooms.

Another vote for Fork & Wrench. There's a second-story dining room that overlooks another dining room, and it would be perfect for a private event for a group your size. The food there is excellent, and the decor is rustic/chic (Is that a thing?). Come to think of it, maybe I'll have my next birthday there. :)
