Passover fish market [Connecticut or Manhattan]

I want to make my own gefilte fish, but I want to get the fish, cleaned and fileted, and I want the head and bones for the stock. I've seen places that sell the fish pre ground, but I can't find a fish market that advertises as being kosher for passover.

I think all kosher fish markets will become kosher for Passover at some time before the holiday. Ask your local kosher fish market. I would suggest freunds on 15th Avenue in Boro Park if you are coming specially into the city.

It is not that difficult to get Bergen County from Conneticut.
You might also want to check out stores in Monsey, N.Y. (Rockland County)
