Amsterdam - best fine dining?
We'll be in Amsterdam for 3 nights and want to try out the best "gourmet spots" in town. What are the essentiel restaurants to visit?
Vermeer? Bord'Eau? Ron Blaauw? La Rive? Samhoud? Ciel Bleu? (The latter looks a bit like a copycat from Oud Sluis...). Others?
