Dock's Oyster House. Some think it's a bit pricy, but it has been there forever and is really good.

Excellent steaks next door at The Reserve. Bally's, 6th Floor.

If you like Vietnamese unpretentious I recommend Little Saigon.

Had a rave worthy birthday dinner at American Cut a few months back. Enjoy your birthday dinner!

Morton's Steakhouse, was there last weekend, absolutely fantastic, a little pricey but worth it. Located right in Caesars. PS: Forget Chefvolas, don't believe all the hype.

I really like Buddakan. Its one of the coolest interiors you will find anywhere. You feel like you are dining outside. If you go there you will see what i mean. Its set up kind of like a planetarium.

Mortons is solid like someone said but for a cool experience I'd go with buddakan.

The Continental, top floor of The Pier shops at Caesars. The seared tuna is delicious, and the drinks are strong. Cool setting, too.

How about Dynasty located at Taj?

+1 for Dock's - you can't go wrong, especially if you're an oyster lover...
