Restaurants with draft root beer

Hi all! I know there's a huge thread discussing local root beers, but I'm more interested in great San Francisco restaurants with root beer on draft. I searched the boards but didn't find a ton of answers.

Old Port Lobster Shack in Redwood City has Devil's Canyon Root beer on tap, and the thread you were referring to mentioned it's at Kezar in Cole Valley ( http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/847176

Beach Chalet makes their own and serves it. The food is brew pub and so-so IMO.
