I know I can find this on-line. I have also seen it at Bristol Farms periodically. Is there anywhere else I can find it post haste?

The new Whole Foods in Del Mar did not have it. Bristol Farms did. I did not need to go to PB.

Andre's market on Morena carries some as well.

At least here in Vegas, Whole Foods has a few varieties.

Savory in University Heights had a good selection but recently closed their market. They still might sell it through their webpage when you contact them:

Pata Negra has had it every time I've been there. They have two styles. A dry style to be used like salami and a moister style for cooking.
