I know I can find this on-line. I have also seen it at Bristol Farms periodically. Is there anywhere else I can find it post haste?

The new Whole Foods in Del Mar did not have it. Bristol Farms did. I did not need to go to PB.

Pata Negra has had it every time I've been there. They have two styles. A dry style to be used like salami and a moister style for cooking.
