can you freeze that?!?!?!

Got overloaded on my CSA with kale, spinach, turnips and kohlrabi. What can I freeze? Do I have to cook it first (blanch or whatever)?
Any advice is appreciated.

  1. turnips and i think kohlrabi last forever. or at least a very long time in a cool dark place in my humble experience.

    1. you do need to blanch the spinach and kale before freezing.
