can you freeze that?!?!?!

Got overloaded on my CSA with kale, spinach, turnips and kohlrabi. What can I freeze? Do I have to cook it first (blanch or whatever)?
Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

the National Center for Home Preserving has these pages:

    http://nchfp.uga.edu/how/freeze/kohlrabi.html

    http://nchfp.uga.edu/how/freeze/turnip.html

    http://nchfp.uga.edu/how/freeze/green...

(Greens covers both Kale and Spinach, by the way)

you do need to blanch the spinach and kale before freezing.

turnips and i think kohlrabi last forever. or at least a very long time in a cool dark place in my humble experience.
