Anything good and cheap around Tomaso's?

I'll be in Phoenix just for the one night next week and while Tomaso's has been suggested, is there anything right around there a bit cheaper and more casual? Just take out is totally fine; I'll probably just want to get some food to take back to my hotel room. Under $20 would be nice!

I'm stuck with either that area or around the airport hotels (not sure which one yet).

Next door to Tomaso's is Tommy V's, a restaurant under the same ownership but with lower prices and a more casual feel.
