Best Scones In NY?

My husband loves scones, but I'm gluten intolerant, so I am asking the help my fellow chowhounders, where can I find the best scones in NY to surprise him with?

Definitely, DEFINITELY Levain Bakery on the upper west side. They are known for their cookies, which are amazing, but the scones are killer. Best I've had in NYC. Take it from a scone-lover.
