Here are the candidates for LA Dish of the Month for March 2013.

Bean and cheese burritos got 2 nominations.
Grilled cheese, peanut butter and liverwurst both got one nomination shy of zero. Combined.

Yes to pizza. No to ramen.
I think the question we should be asking if EGGS is the winner is the following: Does the egg contribute to the quiddity of the dish?
With pizza, esp. ones like Little Dom's breakfast pizza or Mozza's egg and bacon pie, the egg sort of makes those pizzas the pizzas that they are.
I can't think of a particular ramen dish where the egg contributes to the ramen qua ramen. While I'm no expert on ramen, generally the defining qualities of ramen are the broth (e.g. shio, miso, tonkotsu, etc.) and to some extent the noodles. While there are always accouterments like pork and egg and the like, none of those additions are probably the reason you order that particular bowl of ramen.
In other words, but for the egg would you have ordered that bowl of ramen?
All of that said, if there is a bowl of ramen out there that is defined by the addition of an egg, then by all means ... yes!
