Taiwanese fermented bean curd (dòu fǔ rǔ - 豆腐乳) biscuits!

To celebrate the first 15 days of the Chinese New Year, I decided to make biscuits with Taiwanese fermented bean curd tofu spread (dòu fǔ rǔ - 豆腐乳) this Sunday morning.

If you like dòu fǔ rǔ (豆腐乳), and you like biscuits then you'll love these.

Plus, they go great with some warm, salty Chinese soy milk!
