Question re Epicure @ Le Bristol
My inclination is to go with the 'tasting menu' at a place like this, but then at some three stars, maybe like Gagnaire, alc can be potentially so much more rewarding (and of course expensive, but this does not seem like a huge problem at Epicure, given the price points of the tasting menu and the alc items).
Can anyone make a recommendation between alc and tasting at this restaurant? maybe some items on the carte I should not miss?
