A place called in Bridgwater called "the Chatta Box" - Malaysian food??

Who knew? Dishes like laksa, hokkien mee, and char kueh teow dot the menu of this "Thai/Japanese" place.

Has anyone been? Have we been missing out on some Malaysian treasure here all this time?

  1. Great reviews elsewhere. I will definitely check this out.

    1. My wife used to work nearby and would go there for lunch, so now when we're in the area, we get food in there. Definitely have enjoyed all the times I've eaten there -- perhaps 6 times or so, and they're quite veggie friendly as well. I remember having some good clay pot and yam pot dishes and satay tofu appetizer.

      1. That does look interesting. Good find.

          1. Finally had a chance to eat here today. Everything we had was really tasty. Chicken satay with peanut sauce, fork tender beef rendang, chicken massaman, mango fried rice, and penang char kueh teow noodles. They also had brown rice as an option.

            1. Thanks for the recc! Will have to head there soon-
