Best Filet
Where can I find the best char-broiled filet crispy on the outside with a cool center north of Boston?

Mooo has yet to disappoint with the filet and other multiple cut's of steak, same with Grill 23. If you want to treat yourself and take a nice drive, The White Barn Inn Restaurant via Kennebunk, Maine has amazing seafood but their filet was one of the best I have ever had [topped with foie gras]. That menu though is a Prix Fixe.

My money would be on the Ceia folks' new Brine in Newburyport, but I can't actually vouch for it firsthand.
