      CAB.
Excluding reubens I don't even know where to begin to find who serves corned beef other than on St Pat's day.

Hey why not report on both as long as the winner is sampled?

Well, another reason I want Corned Beef is I know a place that has a good one (at least in my opinion) and would post about it in the topic. if we end up with cab, I'll just ignore the post in all likelihood

Just go out to Valley Meats in Casa de Oro and get one (or 2 or 3) from them. They're corned in house and are VERY good. Plus the butchers there are nice

I agree that we should try to make it more thematic by month. CAB can be for a filler month when we can't think of anything else

Since I'll be out of town the last week of March, I nominate Island to take over the nomination/voting responsibilities for April. :-)

Actually, it probably is a good idea to have someone take over the organization of this topic from time to time.
