Quick Katonah question!

Hi all,

I'm picking up a friend from the Katonah train station tomorrow to go to a Stephen Sondheim event. Afterwards, we're thinking of having a drink (he likes whiskey), and quick bite to eat.

I'm thinking of going somewhere in the same town as the event, but because weather may be iffy - rainy/slushy/snowy, I'm looking for a Plan B, somewhere in Katonah.

Ideas and thoughts??

Def Willie Nicks. Blaze is a great burger...and def can get a whiskey just totally different vibe, since it is a pub

We ended up having a pre-show drink at Willie Nick's and post show dinner at The Blazer Pub.

Willie Nicks (hope I'm spelling that right) is directly across the train and a great place for drinks and/or food.

Otherwise, to get whiskey, I'm pretty sure you'd at least need to drive a bit and might as well consider eating outside of Katonah. Actually, I think Tengda has a full bar, too--it's about a half mile down the road from the station.

If your friend is okay with wine/beer, the Blue Dolphin a few blocks from the station is a nice option.
