If your'e looking for the raw (not cooked by a resturant) product, both Cortis and Taylors carry it. If your'e looking for a resto that uses it try Aioli, 18th & L(?)

There is a little hole in the wall EXCELLENT mexican market that specializes in meat and fish in Citrus Heights. It's also got a little restaurant attached to it so you know the food is absolutely fresh. It's called Valencia's Carniceria and Taqueria and it's located at 3040 Greenback. They have great mexican chorizo.

If it's raw, it may be Spanish-style, but it won't be imported from Spain.
