Question of Timing-flourless chocolate cake
Making a flourless chocolate cake for friends. Instead of splitting up a regular springform pan sized cake I thought I would make 4 small (4") cakes. Trouble is: How do I figure the timing? I normally bake the cake at 350 for 30-40. I am starting with 20 and adding 10 minutes at a time on if necessary. Is there a formula to configure the correct time or is it just a guessing game?
