Given the recent headlines regarding food fraud (e.g. fake honey, adulterated olive oil), I found this interesting.

Interesting article. A few years ago I bought a small bottle of honey at a discount store for a ridiculously low price. When I used it, it did not taste "right" . Couple weeks later went back to the same store and saw the exact same honey now renamed honey syrup. yuck
