Aybody know where I can get a Seattle Style hot dog or sausage?

I don't even know what that is.*

But with most unusual encased meats, I'd try Franks 'n' Dawgs, Hot Dougs, etc...

*EDIT: According to Wikipedia, "A Seattle-style hot dog, sometimes referred to as a Seattle Dog, is a hot dog topped with cream cheese that has become popular in Seattle." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seattle-...

I don't think you'd find cream cheese among the condiments in most hot dog shops. Franks 'n' Dawgs serves a cured salmon dog with herbed cream cheese, so they have that and could probably put something together on request. Or, you could bring your own cream cheese elsewhere...

I don't think you're going to find many Chicago hot dog stands with cream cheese.
I think your best bet would be to see if Hot Doug's or Franks n Dawgs could customize something for you. (Doug's is on vacation for another week.)

Saw this Philly (road trip?) place on TV recently - they do regional dogs including a Seattle Grunge with cream cheese.
