French Rolled Omelettes?

Village Pub has, by far, the best omelette I've ever had. The layers are so thin, and it has just the right amount of gooey-ness inside (to be honest, I don't think I've ever had a gooey omelette anywhere other than Village Pub). And they get it right every single time.

Any other places to check out for a good french rolled omelette?

    I wonder where that is?

I guess this is the place?

But that's in Palms Springs and doesn't serve breakfast. But other than that :)

I recently wrote about the one I had at French Blue in St. Helena. Report here:

Don't think I'll be checking THAT out on our next St. Helena visit :) Love the word "twee."
