French Rolled Omelettes?

Village Pub has, by far, the best omelette I've ever had. The layers are so thin, and it has just the right amount of gooey-ness inside (to be honest, I don't think I've ever had a gooey omelette anywhere other than Village Pub). And they get it right every single time.

Any other places to check out for a good french rolled omelette?
