Raku or Ichiza

Hello, was wondering if I could get some comparisons between the two. I have friends who have been to Ichiza recently and love it. But Raku seems like it might be better?
From what I can gather, Raku is a little more upscale? And Ichiza seems to have a larger menu.
Appreciate thoughts on comparison of the food between the two. Thanks in advance.
