Lotsa lemons!

I lucked out and scored a cup and a half of fresh lemon juice plus twenty lemons! What to do with it all? Please share your ideas-- I don't want this to go to waste!

    1. Thank you for the reminder, Jamie. Seems like I have this problem everytime our group has a big fundraiser and we don't use up all the lemons for lemon meringue pies. I'd forgotten I had asked before. Thank you!

        You're very welcome. Just so you don't think I'm stalking you, if you note in the "discussions you might also like" to the right of your OP, the first topic listed is your 2009 topic!

        1. You can always make Korean tea with it. They are usually made with citrons. Look up Yujacha recipes and follow instructions with lemons.
