Any advice for navigating the menu at Alta Strada in Wellesley? I can't find any specific recommendations from the recent archives, although some posts suggest that the kitchen has unspecified strengths and weaknesses.
It's been a while since I went but I've always found it a solid choice given the other options in the Wellesley/Weston/Needham area (although Sweet Basil in Needham is great).
You can't go wrong with the anti-pasti; lots of solid preps and probably the best stuff on the menu. The mushroom lune is another favorite. I remember finding the wine list rather pricy, but in the half dozen or so times I've been there, the choices have always been good.
