Cooking classes in Paris - pls help me choose

Would like to do a cooking class in Paris. Lots of places offer a market tour and then an opportunity to prepare lunch. Anyone familiar with the following list and can comment from personal experience? Do you have another company you would recommend? Thanks!

Cookin with Class
Eye Prefer Paris
La Cuisine Paris
Promenades Gourmandes
World in a Pan
Well Arranged Travel

I have taken my adult children three different times to a Cookin With Class course and they all enjoyed it, particularly the morning session which includes a tour through the markets at the Poteau/Ordener area which is the market area for that side of Montmartre. You are given an explanation of the different cheeses, meats, etc., then walk back to the kitchen/studio and prepare a meal from the fresh ingredients.

Several others to consider (disclosure: all are friends)

      Patti Ravenscroft http://www.cookfrance.com/pages/about.php

      Madeleine Bullwinkel

and of course my collaborators at Paris By Mouth Meg Zimbeck, Phyllis Flick et al http://parisbymouth.com/new-tour-the-wine-cheese-extravaganza/

and Betty Rosbottom - do market tours

I don't think Betty Rosbottom is in Paris, though... She's a wonderful teacher.
