- An izakaya from Hiroyuki Tanaka from Zama
- A Shake Shack
- A second location of Zavino
- A Joe Coffee (chain from NYC)

Do you know when that is scheduled to be completed? I was in the area last weekend and it was a mess. Definitely hard to get from WCL to 30th street these days.
