I am looking for an affordable source of free range ground turkey and bacon in the concord area.
I am not rich and can't afford premium prices like $12 a pound for bacon.

I'm not sure I've ever seen bacon from pastured pork for under $12 a pound.

Free-range turkey, use the Mary's store locater:

Not exactly what you probably wanted to hear, but...

Making bacon on one's own is not hard to do. You could get the free range pork via a fancy market or less expensively from a meat CSA such as one can find on Craigs List.

Getting free range turkey is pretty easy although I've never made my own turkey bacon.

Its obviously easier to cold smoke something using a Bradley Smoker than making one's own rig, but its not that hard.

The nice thing about doing one's own is that one knows what one puts into it and one can adjust the seasoning and cure to suit one's fancy.

I used to make my own cured cold-smoked pork tenderloins and they came out quite nicely and I was just using industrial meat from Costco.
