Rennet Tablets- size differences between brands?
I'm looking at making a cuajada cheese from one of my cookbooks, and the recipe calls for 1/4 tablet Junket brand rennet, but all I have is Fromase 50. I have never seen Junket around here and so don't know how the size compares between the two. Are most tablets pretty standard throughout?
Hoping those more experienced with cheese wizardry would be able to help me out.
