I've been there for a "quickie" 2 weeks ago on a frigid night (I was cold all the time I was there, but I was not dressed for the cold, so my fault also)
The concept is fun and interesting, one "main" menu with different french-inspired interpretation of different ethnic dishes and a second menu with a national thematic menu, the first one is/was "France" with some re-interpretation of France classic dishes; that second menu will change every couple of months.
They also have daily specials.
If I remember correctly, I had the escargots with bone marrow, and a special, I think it was ris de veau (or cervelle); and a chocolate dessert (fudge-ish with a ginger side).
All was good, nothing spectacular, service was ok, wine list on par with what is done in nearby restaurants (herman, comptoir, lawrence).
I have to try it again.
