Pre-theater quick dinner on V-Day?

Broadway Valentine's date for Cat on a Hot Tin Roof with my wife leading me to rescind my ban on Theater District restaurants ... Any suggestions? Would want good food, in-and-out quickly ... Quick bite at Locanda Verde or Izakaya Ten (if they were uptown) would do the trick ... Many thanks

Toloache, on 50th and 8th, a CH favorite, is probably closest to your theatre (46th between Broadway and 8th).

Danji might work as well if you get there early enough & there's only a short wait.

I second Danji, if you get there early ( and you will since it is pre theatre), you will be in and quickly.
My go-to theatre area spots are Blue Fin ( decent seafood, not special at all but nice place).
Becco, although touri ( hey it's in the theatre district) has good pasta, good veal chop and they know how to get you out in time for the show.

I second Toloache and suggest sitting at the bar; this will ensure quick service.
