Quiet place Fairmount or Ctr City West for tonight (Tues)

An old college friend is in from Chicago and we want to catch up, so quiet is key. Not sure of her food preferences so I'm worried about getting too adventurous, but I'm coming to Chow because you never steer me wrong when I'm in a strage city (plus the NO CHAINs rule). Tempted to fall back on Rembrandt's because it's familiar and affordable. BYOB is do-able.

Any quiet, not-crazy-expensive semi-chowish suggestions?

What about coupling it with a trip to the Art Museum and dinner afterwards in their dining room?
Or right next door to the Art Museum is the Waterworks with a beautiful glass-lined view of the Schuylkill River.
