Great local in Frankfurt

I am going to be in Frankfurt at a trade show this weekend and I am looking for somewhere good to eat. Nothing too fancy of too full with people who are in town for the show n expense accounts. I am looking for a good local restaurant that serves authentic German food. Is there a beer hall with great bratwurst? or a pub with great schnitzel?
