Savory Souffle in SF?

I had a wonderful goat cheese and spinach one a few weeks back. And now I am on the hunt for places that serve a savory souffle in SF.

Thank you in advance!

Not sure if the SF Alexander's has it, but the crab souffle at the Cupertino location is really good.

Make one yourself. They are really not as hard as you think, and they're so spectacular when you pull them from the oven.

Cafe Jacqueline (on Grant Avenue in North Beach, SF) has specialized in a full menu (both savory & sweet) of souffles for 20+ years. I have not been there in 15+ years, so I cannot recommend personally.

I had a chestnut and leek souffle at Cafe Jacqueline in December, and it was excellent. Just a warning, though--they are definitely a special occasion/date kind of a place. All of the souffles are meant to serve two, and meals typically take 2-3 hours. It's great if that's what you're looking for, but you might be disappointed if you're trying to work it into a busier schedule.
