Restaurants across/near Sunset Plaza

Several years ago we had a very nice meal at one of the group of several restaurants across from Sunset Plaza. Unfortunately I do not recall the name and for all I know the place might have changed. We are returning to W. Hollywood for a visit. My wife would like to have at least one of our meals on that part of the strip. Any recomendations from the local hounds? Thanks in advance. I should mention that I posted a month or so ago looking for inexpensive places for my son and got lots of very helpful information. This time around we are looking for something a bit more upscale.

For me, no. But for you, it may be well worth it. What do you want? There are far worse places to sit, watch the parade of Hollywood go by, and eat average food.

Eveleigh looks promising. Are there other places on that small block that have decent above average food? I am starting to think that we might be "remembering" the meal being better than it actually was...

Much too "tourist" driven an area to be a center of excellent food, Eveleigh being something of a rara avis.
