Soup dumplings?

Is there anywhere in New Orleans that serves soup dumplings?

    The only place that I'm familiar with that has them is Jung's Golden Dragon on Magazine. They dont compare with ones found in NYC or other parts of the country, as the skin is too thick, and the soup is not as flavorful.
