Private Dining for 2 Valentine's Day

I am trying to find a spot, preferably sushi, but am open, that has a private dining area/room for 2. I know that EN Japanese has Tatami, which I like, but the Valentine's Menu is nothing exciting. I would love to find something like that vibe or something like a Macao Trading, but with a private area. Not too concerned about price. Prefer it to be below 14th street, but am open to ideas (but in Manhattan).
