making large quantity for party. has anyone
prepped & frozen? then baked off on event day?

    Absolutely. You can bake them straight from frozen.

      +1. I made a huge quantity for New Year's Eve and I put the unbaked ones in the freezer. I pull out a few at a time and 15-20 minutes in the oven and they are perfect.
