I love the spicy polish sausage at Fab in Woodland Hills. I've never tried their regular, but if the spicy is an indication, it is probably excellent.

Lindy & Grundy does a lot of different sausages.

Also Jeff's Gourmet Sausage and it's Kosher too.

Vienna makes both a mild and spicy beef Polish Sausage but they are hard to find in the LA area. You can buy them directly from Vienna at their web site.

My bad, I left out not to purchase and then eat, but rather at a hot dog shack or restaurant, cafe, etc, stand, you know hte drill ?

Thanks. But Jeff's does work for that purpose being that it's already kosher.

Costco serves their beef polish at all their snack bars, make sure you ask for sauerkraut.

              They have kraut?

              At all Costcos?

Why was I not made aware of this sooner?

Oh. I see now. That's why you specifically mentioned it.
