1 cup of cream; what would you bake?
I've got 1 cup of cream in the fridge, an apartment chilly enough to turn the oven on, and a decently stocked pantry, and no commitments for several hours. I'm craving something baked, and sweet.
What would you make?

Actually I already did. Yesterday I bought a pair of Marie Callender's frozen pie crusts---needed one to make a quiche. I baked the other one and today am going to make a chocolate cream pie with rum in it. The cup of cream gets whipped to go on top. Should I be eating this? No. Am I sick to death of winter? Yes. Heroic measures are called for.

Banana & chocolate chip bread pudding. You can substitute half the milk with cream. You can probably leave bananas out if you don't have any.
