Pot pie crust question

When will I learn to stop trying to cook in the morning when I'm hald asleep before rushing off to work?

I decided to make crust for tonight's pot pie dinner this morning. I usually have no problems making pie crust, but I think this time I didn't have enough butter and then I added a bit too much flour after the ice water to get it to form a disc. The dough was breaking apart a little.

I broke the dough up into four discs and they seem...ok.

Is there anything I can do now? I'm assuming not, but I'm worried they will be like rocks instead of flaky...
