Looking for a pancake stand

I'm hoping somebody remembers a pancake stand that use to be outside the H-Mart in Federal Way. It sold these great pancakes filled with brown sugar peanut sauce that was one of the best things I've ever had. I've heard that they are called hoduk, hodduk ? or Wikipedia calls them hotteok, It's a Korean pancake. I haven't seen this stand in a long while, so I was hoping someone could tell me what happen to him, or where else I could find this treat.

thanks!

Hi! I just found this thread looking for the same thing. The only hotteok stand I know of is in Boo Han Oriental Market in Edmonds ( 22618 Hwy 99, Edmonds, WA 98026 ). I am hoping there is something closer in the near future because hotteok is so good!!

What's the name for the 'gold fish' they make there. It's a sort of pancake baked in a mold, with a dark filling.

          Similar.

I never saw them close the mold, so didn't associate with waffles.
