Best Chinese Orange Beef in Manhattan?

Where can I find the best Orange Beef in town? Hell's Kitchen would be super convenient for me, but will travel for the best!

Tangerine beef at Mapo Tofu is amazing.

I've never heard of Mapo Tofu as anything but a dish. What else do you like there (presumably their mapo tofu?)?

We like everything we have ordered. The vegetable dishes are outstanding. Excellent noodles done a bit different that your run of the mill Chinese places.
We have not tried the more exotic dishes like duck tongue.
Mostly Asian patrons if that means anything.
Great service too.
