Cruisin' through Puerto Rico, St. Maarten & St. Kitts

I'm going on a cruise next week and we will be stopping in 3 different destinations and I'm looking for some recommendations for the following meals/locations:

- Dinner in San Juan, Puerto Rico on a Monday: Jose Enrique is closed on Mondays, Marmalade doesn't excite me, and Pikayo has very mixed reviews. Looking for something authentic & local, close to Old San Juan.

- Lunch in St. Maarten: French maybe?

- Lunch in St. Kitts

OSJ, drinks (NOT DINNER) at El Convento, dinner I will defer to others. I liked Dragonfly. Carlitos Cafe for drinks and dessert and jazz? I did like Pamela's for lunch in Ocean Park (PR)...on the sand, wonderful.
